Job summary

REIC Rentals is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling and power equipment at customer sites and shops across North America. This role offers travel up to 50% and a hands-on, safety-focused environment that supports projects in challenging environments.

You'll train customers on proper use of equipment, diagnose issues, and provide responsive on-site service. A valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent travel are required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical background (diesel, gas HVAC, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working independently and on the road.
• Safety-focused and customer-driven.
• Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service.
• Good communication skills, with regular use of cell phones and laptops.
• Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused and safety-first environments.

Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
