Job summary

Qnergy Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support pre-commissioning, installation, commissioning, yearly maintenance, field operator training, and warranty commitments at customer sites across Canada.

The role requires travel, hands-on work with Instrument Air products and remote power generation, and the ability to train customers. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, perform remote field support, and document processes while communicating field issues to

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical diploma in an engineering discipline (electrical, electronics, instrumentation, mechanical, etc.).
• 1+ year of field experience; servicing air compressors, HVAC, or rotating power equipment preferred.
• Must have field tickets: First aid/CPR, H2S Alive, Common Safety Orientation, TDG, WHMIS.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at customer sites across Canada.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Qnergy's Instrument Air products and remote power generation.
• Perform remote field support, system and component testing.
• Write product and process documentation and lead training sessions.
• Communicate manufacturing and engineering issues discovered in the field.
• Work with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
