Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Mechanical Field Engineer (Gas and Steam Turbine) based in Canada with remote work options. You will oversee critical field service activities at power generation facilities, coordinating installation, maintenance, and upgrades.

You will mentor field teams, ensure safety and quality, read diagrams, troubleshoot, and travel extensively to customer sites across Canada. Strong English communication and OEM turbine familiarity are preferred; Level III training

Qualifications

Seven years in field services or power generation maintenance.
Strong mechanical and turbine knowledge.
English proficiency.
Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Oversee on-site field service activities at customer facilities.
Install, commission, maintain, repair, and upgrade gas/steam turbine systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to emergencies.
Provide technical guidance to customer representatives on installation, operation and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams; ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
Maintain safety, quality standards and contractual obligations on site.
Mentor and train field service staff.
Travel to project locations to support field assignments.
