Job summary

Magna IV Engineering in Edmonton is seeking an Electrical Field Services Technician/Technologist to support project teams in commissioning, repair, and maintenance of power equipment. The role requires working on low, medium, and high voltage systems across multiple environments while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering Degree, PSE (Power Systems Electrician) or Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma.
• 4 years of hands-on field experience commissioning, testing or maintaining power delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely on low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems in commercial, utilities, manufacturing, mining, pipeline and oil & gas environments.
• Commissioning, repair and maintenance of primary and secondary power equipment including breakers, transformers, switchgear, protective relays.
• Interacting with clients and project teams to ensure satisfaction and timely completion of work.
