Job summary

AirPro SAR Services Inc. in Trenton, Ontario, is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join the team at the MOB hanger. You will act as the critical link between AirPro and the customer, coordinating maintenance and technical support for the FWSAR fleet.

Role requires AME experience, multi-engine aircraft familiarity, and strong customer-service skills. On-site work at the Trenton MOB with potential travel. Security clearance will be pursued.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) or Aerospace Engineering.
• Located in Canada or willing to relocate and work in Canada.
• Experience with multi-engine aircraft is required.
• Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication skills in English; fluency in French is desirable.
• Proven ability to coordinate support services effectively.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain Government of Canada security clearance
• EASA license and/or AME M2 license is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with the customer’s maintenance and operational teams to ensure seamless support.
• Collaborate with AirPro engineering to track, resolve, and implement technical solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with the customer’s technical organization.
• Assist the customer in tracking and resolving technical faults across the fleet.
• Provide technical assessments on spare parts requests and align with fleet operations.
• Offer technical guidance to customer aircraft technicians and coordinate with them on procedures for issues and warranties.
• Assess aircraft fleet activity and report relevant support issues.
• Liaise between AirPro engineering teams and the customer for alignment.
