Job summary

GDI Ainsworth is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to be the initial contact for customers and field personnel. You will troubleshoot, guide service, and schedule work with accurate information to ensure successful service delivery.

You will record field work details, coordinate with multiple departments, and provide quotations to support service quotes as needed. Ainsworth emphasizes safety, quality, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Dispatcher experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing fields.
• Strong data entry and ability to use customer portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Graduate from a career college is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact between customers and field personnel.
• Schedule service work and inform field teams of required tasks.
• Develop field service schedules considering priorities, due dates, and locations.
• Provide assistance to field personnel and ensure information accuracy.
• Interface with customers and other departments to ensure service completion.
• Support other inside sales duties and knowledge sharing.
