You will engage with retail partners, deliver in-store training, and drive growth through effective merchandising and promotions while participating in the Leadership Development Program. Ideal candidates will have retail or field sales experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid Canadian driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or field sales and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Authorized to work full-time in Canada and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and showcase TTI products.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Conduct in-store training and product demos for staff and customers.
• Drive new business through merchandising and promotions.
