Job summary

SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our London, Ontario location. We are Canada’s largest Trimble construction equipment dealer, offering consulting in 2D/3D Grade Control technology and site positioning solutions.

You will build relationships, grow hardware and service sales, and support customers across an assigned territory. Ideal candidates have surveying/estimating experience and familiarity with construction equipment and technology.

Qualifications

Post-Secondary degree in Geomatics, Engineering, Construction Management and/or Electronics would be preferred, but any Post-Secondary education will be given consideration
Field experience in Civil Construction & Engineering, familiarity with construction processes and technology
Experience with GPS/GNSS RTK survey solutions, survey theory and heavy equipment
Ideal candidate will have sales experience in the construction industry
Post-secondary education

Responsibilities

Re-establish, qualify and maintain contact with customers to increase sales
Proactively generate service and equipment sales leads and manage accounts in an assigned territory
Develop customer quotes and tenders from recommendations made by Technicians and assist with quotes for new contracts
Maintain Quote Log System ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided
Administer sales processes and systems including call reports, weekly call plans and other administrative duties
