Job summary

SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. in Winnipeg is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the primary contact between the dealer and customers, driving hardware and service sales, and building long-term relationships in the assigned territory.

You’ll engage with civil construction and surveying clients, promote Trimble and related technology, and develop quotes and proposals. The role includes travel within the territory and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Geomatics, Engineering, Construction Management or Electronics.
• Field experience in Civil Construction & Engineering.
• Experience with GPS/GNSS RTK survey solutions, survey theory and heavy equipment.
• Ideal candidate will have sales experience in the construction industry.
• Effective Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Re-establish, qualify and maintain contact with customers to increase sales.
• Proactively generate service and equipment sales leads and manage accounts in an assigned territory.
• Develop customer quotes and tenders from recommendations; assist with quotes for new contracts.
• Maintain Quote Log System with timely and accurate sales information.
• Support annual territory plans and marketing programs for prospective customers.
