Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to generate leads, educate customers on LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement, and conduct home inspections from the street. You will build relationships, drive revenue, and report results daily while representing the company professionally.

The role requires outdoor work, walking/standing for extended periods, evenings and weekends availability, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
