Job Title: Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team, focusing on establishing partnerships with local agencies and exploring alternative career paths within the healthcare field.

This role involves expanding our business by building and maintaining relationships within the industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Washington State and have a passion for networking and engaging with healthcare professionals, especially from EMS programs and industry events.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

1. Facilitate internal career pathways between ground and air transportation units.
2. Foster positive relationships with local fire agencies.
3. Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing needs and develop staffing models.
4. Work with partners to develop effective organizational pathways.
5. Build relationships with schools and feeder organizations to support community relations and attract applicants.
6. Advertise open positions via social media and marketing channels.
7. Work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating motivation, adherence to policies, and procedures.
8. Travel approximately 75% to schools, job fairs, and industry events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma or GED.
• BA in Human Resources or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Two years of recruitment/selection experience and knowledge of employment law (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of the healthcare sector, EMS experience preferred.
• Current EMT or Paramedic certification (preferred).
• Social media and marketing experience (preferred).
• Valid State Driver's License and a driving record compliant with company policies.
