One of our companies is currently looking for a Recruiter – Hourly & Seasonal Hiring in Canada.

As a Recruiter for Hourly & Seasonal Hiring, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment process for a high volume of hourly and seasonal positions across multiple locations. This role requires you to manage sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet operational needs, while also supporting recruitment for corporate roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, contribute to process improvements, and drive strategies that enhance candidate experience, all in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and seasonal roles, ensuring that staffing needs are met across different locations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and in-house events to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and implement creative strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent quickly.
  • Support recruitment efforts for HR and Product functions, maintaining strong relationships with corporate teams to refine job requirements and meet hiring goals.
  • Lead and contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and hiring quality.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for hourly and seasonal roles.
  • Experience in recruiting for corporate functions such as HR and Product is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, grassroots efforts, and referral programs.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience working in a startup or high-growth setting is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar ATS is an advantage.
