Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Experience in Vacuum/Pump Trucks, Underground Construction, Trucking/Fleet Management, Sewer/Water, Underground Utilities, Waste, Equipment Rentals preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching units and scheduling projects daily.
• Communicate with clients with a customer service focus daily.
• Assist with project bidding and proposals.
• Support business development activities daily.
• Review operators' daily paperwork (daily trip tickets, FLRA, DOT logs).
• Ensure operators follow maintenance policies and procedures.
