Placements24 is seeking a proactive Field Operations Supervisor to lead field teams in the Kimberley region. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations, regulating field activities per company policies and regulatory standards within oil & gas support services.

You will oversee personnel, equipment, and logistics to meet production and project objectives, driving a strong safety culture and operational excellence in challenging environments around Kimberley.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; technical certification or degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in field operations, preferably in oil & gas or related sectors.
• Proven experience supervising field crews and managing operational logistics.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements for field operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role
