Overview: We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the field marketing promotional materials and budgets, support the LATAM and East Canada regions and supporting other various marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research promotional items and manage swag inventories and budget.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with Varonis' mission and values in the LATAM and East Canada region.
• Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, and follow-up strategies.
• Measure and report on event effectiveness, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Support field marketers in executing programs by fulfilling a variety of tasks to support regional demand generation opportunities and logistics to ensure programs are on track and on time.
• Research sponsorship and experience opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in the Spanish and/or Portuguese language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in marketing software and tools, including Salesforce, 6Sense, Splash, Asana
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
