Jobtailor seeks an accomplished marketing leader to drive field marketing, digital campaigns, and AI-enhanced content in Canada’s tech sector. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to accelerate lead generation and strengthen market positioning across target industries.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in B2B tech marketing, proven ability to translate complex technologies into compelling messaging, and a track record of managing large-scale events and multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology, SaaS, deep tech, clean tech, or similar complex tech environments.
• Proven ability to translate technologies into targeted marketing with well-researched personas and ICPs.
• Experience using AI tools and leveraging AI in the marketing pipeline.
• Extensive field marketing, event management, and digital marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate complex tech into customer-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing and event programs, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
• Manage event logistics, sponsorships, vendors, budgets, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop marketing communications, content, presentations, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including website, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.
• Build brand awareness and strengthen company positioning within target markets.
• Partner with Sales to support lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, market intelligence, personalization, campaign development, and marketing productivity.
• Track marketing performance, optimize campaigns using data, and demonstrate ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across marketing activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Executive Leadership.
