Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a Gameday and Events Retail Supervisor for a contractual part-time role in the Waterloo region. You will lead store associates in customer service, product knowledge and daily store operations.

You will assist the retail manager with opening and closing, supervise hourly staff, train new hires, manage schedules, operate a POS system and delegate duties to maximise productivity. Friday evenings are mandatory, with occasional Sunday and Tuesday evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store associates in customer service and store operations.
• Ability to train new staff and manage work schedules.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic troubleshooting.
