Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring a Regional Sales Director to direct market analysis, consultative selling, and marketing initiatives in a growth-focused region. This is a senior contributor role with accountability for driving client value and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a true hunter with 4+ years of B2B sales experience, superb negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to develop compelling proposals and long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a true “Hunter” sales role with a structured sales methodology.
• Proven track-record in successful B2B sales.
• Strong business acumen and expert negotiation skills.
• Superior relationship management and influencing skills.
• Ability to establish contacts with senior level decision makers.
• Experience developing financial projections to support long-term contracts.
• You have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Compass Sales Process to understand client criteria and relay this to Operations.
• Sell our complete service offerings as solutions matching client needs.
• Leverage Compass resources to initiate, manage and develop relationships.
• Lead or develop service solutions and promote the company’s value proposition.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within a broad offering.
• Drive all elements of the services sales cycle, including proposals and RFPs.
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to bundle service offerings.
