Ledcor Group is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer – Lead for site-based industrial construction projects in Canada. You will lead field coordination across multiple trades, drive schedule and cost performance, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role emphasizes ownership, practical field leadership, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex projects from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial construction environments.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and InEight suite.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead project systems implementation and administration.
• Coordinate project documentation and logs.
• Support HSE, quality, and subcontract management.
• Manage RFIs and change management.
• Track schedule and progress with Project Managers.
