Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Project Coordinator for site-based construction projects in Canada. You will support the Project Manager by planning, organizing, and executing project strategies across commercial and residential builds, ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and inspections, while maintaining documentation and supporting cost tracking and administrative coordination for start-up and closeout.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test required.
• Post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related discipline an asset.
• Working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specs and current practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HS&E and environmental compliance by implementing project safety procedures and maintaining OH&S standards.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and inspection scheduling to ensure timely project coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, filing systems, drawings, and correspondence in the document management system.
• Assist with project billing, cost tracking, and administrative coordination for project start-up and closeout.
• Coordinate change order pricing, subcontractor documentation, and purchase orders for Project Manager review.
• Track project milestones, schedules, and quality control requirements to support successful project delivery.
• Prepare project closeout documentation, including warranties, O&M manuals, turnover packages, and archived records.
