Ledcor is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale industrial, commercial or institutional projects in Ontario. This site-based role supports a major construction program in the Toronto area, with opportunities to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, designers and contractors.

You will develop execution plans, manage budgets and schedules, oversee safety and quality, monitor progress, and build strong client relationships

Qualifications

8+ years as Project Manager with major general contractor on large, complex projects.
Degree in civil engineering or related field required.
Full-cycle new build project experience across structural, civil, M&E and architectural.
PMP or relevant certification desirable.
Ability to plan and execute within budget and schedule constraints.
Proficient in interpreting contract language and using PM tools.

Responsabilités

Review contracts to understand timelines, budget, safety, quality, staffing, materials and equipment needs.
Coordinate with designers, technical teams, and clients on technical aspects.
Analyze project designs and technical reports.
Develop and implement execution plans for construction staging and resources.
Coordinate with discipline managers for sequencing and staging.
Provide technical assistance and recommend construction methods and equipment.
Manage quantity take-offs and scope development for civil, earthworks, and utilities.
Oversee execution to meet design, budget and schedule goals; mitigate risks.
Build and maintain client relationships; manage expectations and progress reports.
Monitor material and equipment usage; ensure adherence to contracts.
Oversee onsite activities, quality, productivity, progress and safety.
Address roadblocks; resolve issues; implement safety programs.
Manage RFIs and issue field instructions; prepare progress reports.
