Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Land Agent to support land access across Quebec and Eastern Ontario, engaging landowners and stakeholders to secure access, coordinate negotiations, and report progress to clients. The role emphasizes field work, clear communication, and disciplined project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in land consulting, land access, stakeholder engagement, or client facing project roles.
  • In-person landowner meetings with strong communication.
  • Experience in field-based or decentralized project environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong reporting to senior management and clients.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person meetings with private landowners to support land access, project coordination, and relationship management.
  • Act as a primary liaison between landowners, clients, and internal project teams to secure land access agreements.
  • Clearly explain project scope, timelines, methodologies, safety precautions, and onsite requirements to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and optimize site visits to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain weekly status reports for partners and management.
  • Identify, document, and elevate issues or risks impacting land access or stakeholder alignment.
  • Support stakeholder negotiations and relationship management activities.
  • Work effectively in decentralized, field-based project environments.
