Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects Inc. is seeking a Land Acquisition professional to lead complex property acquisitions for major infrastructure and transit projects. You will negotiate with landowners and public authorities, coordinate due diligence, and guide budgeting and risk mitigation across multidisciplinary teams.

Fluency in French and English is required, with at least 10 years in land acquisition for large developments. This role offers hybrid work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• IRWA certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience leading land acquisitions for infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong negotiation, budgeting and cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition of all types of real property interests for large-scale projects.
• Develop and oversee property acquisition strategies aligned with scope and regulation.
• Manage land investigations, due diligence, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Mentor team members on best practices in land acquisition.
