Job summary

Scott Land is hiring a Land Agent in Ontario to support projects across Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. You will work with landowners on lease negotiations, review land use policies, and coordinate real estate agreements for telecom facilities. A strong candidate has land ownership experience, bilingual English/French, and a clean driving record.

The role requires the ability to travel, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality land services while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with land companies or development firms.
• Fluency in English and French strongly preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Direct involvement in consultation, acquisition and coordination of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary contact with landowners for lease negotiations.
• Review land use policies and permitting processes.
• Provide site-specific leasing recommendations to Project Managers.
• Identify sites and coordinate real estate agreements for telecom facilities.
