Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field & Infusion nurse to deliver specialized infusion therapies to oncology, autoimmune and rare disease patients in outpatient clinics or homecare settings. The role emphasizes coordination with patients, caregivers and our clients, with ongoing education and support to manage diseases and therapies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license; CPR certificate required.
• 1 year IV initiation experience preferred.
• Experience in critical care, emergency, or homecare settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in patients' homes, specialty clinics and physician partnership settings.
• Assess pre- and post-infusion treatments per program protocols.
• Document care per policies and accreditation standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on products and protocols.
• Report adverse events and product complaints per training.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to schedule appointments and treatments.
• Travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs.
• Follow nursing standards and safety requirements.
