Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a mobile technician to maintain and secure technology infrastructure. This field-based role requires travel, on-site support, and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities include servicing network gear, TV systems, and surveillance solutions, plus on-site IT support for all tech systems. Ideal candidates hold higher tech education, certifications in Cisco/Ubiquiti/Fortinet, and at least five years in a technician role.

Qualifications

• Higher education in technology at college/university/polytechnic level.
• Certifications in Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet or equivalent.
• First-aid, confined space, working at heights, CSTS, AWP and WHMIS.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technician role.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and install network and Internet systems.
• Service, repair and install TV systems.
• Service, repair and install surveillance and security systems.
• Provide local IT and technical support for all technology-based systems.
