Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is seeking a Field Health and Safety Advisor to support multiple projects across Canada.

You will lead orientations, safety meetings and promote best practices on site, with a rotation schedule and 12-hour shifts. This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy civil earthworks, strong knowledge of OH&S regulations, and the ability to travel extensively to project locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent Field HSE Advisor experience on heavy civil earthworks or related projects.
• Advanced knowledge of provincial OH&S regulations and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver field-level orientations for employees and subcontractors.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Serve as a role model for workers with safety leadership.
• Identify and mitigate site hazards in collaboration with teams.
• Perform worksite inspections, audits, and corrective actions follow-up.
• Investigate incidents and near misses with site teams and management.
• Communicate policy updates to workers and stay informed of changes from HSE leadership.
• Travel extensively to project locations as the go-to safety resource.
• Maintain awareness of equipment and personnel surroundings.
