Job summary

Allteck is seeking a field-based HSE Advisor to support health, safety and environment on construction projects across Canada. The role is site-based with rotations in remote locations and camp settings, interfacing with crews, supervisors, clients and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will manage safety documentation, perform on-site HSE guidance, and lead incident investigations. Travel across BC, AB, SK with potential assignments in Ontario and Eastern Canada is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in industrial settings and safety programs.
• Experience with creating and maintaining safety documentation and plans.
• Ability to perform field HSE support and on-site guidance.

Responsibilities

• Field HSE support to project crews, supervision and subcontractors.
• Develop site safety plans, emergency response plans and environmental protection plans.
• Conduct HSE inspections, audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare client and company reports.
