Job summary

Black & McDonald Limited is seeking an Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to implement and maintain HSE programs at a client site in Canada. You will support safe work execution through field observations, incident investigations, coaching, and training, reporting to the HSE Manager.

Qualifications include a Construction Safety Advisor designation, Grade 12, and ongoing safety training. The role requires collaboration with site management and trades, and offers a total rewards package

Qualifications

• Experience with incident investigations and HSE program implementation.

Responsibilities

• Perform field observations and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with management.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety trainings; support pre/post job briefings.
• Coordinate with HSE team, site managers and trades personnel.
