Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking enthusiastic, sales-driven individuals to join our field fundraising team in Winnipeg, MB. You will represent leading charities in face-to-face campaigns and aim to maximize donor support during a Monday–Friday shift from 12 PM to 8 PM.

In this high-energy role, you’ll receive hands-on coaching, compete for performance bonuses, and grow valuable communication and persuasion skills while making a real community impact.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM.
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable engaging people face-to-face.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Represent face-to-face fundraising campaigns for charities such as CNIB, Sick Kids, Diabetes Canada, SPCA, Heart & Stroke, UNICEF.
• Engage potential donors and explain the impact of projects.
• Build relationships and drive donor acquisition.
• Learn objection handling and fundraising techniques through hands-on mentorship.
