Job summary

Acuren is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Goderich, ON to join our team in an in-office role. You will manage fleet assets, coordinate maintenance, scheduling, and vendor quotes while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, forklift ticket, and familiarity with DOT policies. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quickbase is expected, along with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable using a computer and software applications (MS Word, Excel, Quickbase).
• Operationally driven, detail oriented, and organized with strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety equipment inspection.
• Take care of assets, consumables, small tools and equipment.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Obtain quotes from vendors.
• Build technician kits.
• Maintain fleet records and driver records.
