Job summary

Hussmann Corporation is hiring a Field Equipment Representative to inspect field equipment, review quality issues, and coordinate parts and deliveries. You will interact with sales, engineering, and customers to ensure timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in Refrigeration/HVAC with a degree, or 9 years with a HS diploma, plus up to 50% travel and proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5 years Refrigeration/HVAC experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 9 years Refrigeration/HVAC experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years in project management required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, both verbal and written required.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field site inspections and reviews as Field Equipment Representative (FER).
• Investigate field quality issues for Hussmann products and submit field reports via CRM.
• Communicate feedback to sales and engineering teams.
• Order parts via CRM to resolve warranty and quality issues.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries with contractors and review project schedules.
• Identify and coordinate travel for active jobsites to review deliveries.
