Job description

As a Field Coordinator, you are expected to:

  • Conduct on-site walkthrough to inspect, validate and test field-installed devices and systems to verify functionality and compliance with project specifications
  • Document findings, including noting any deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions
  • Mark up construction drawings based on actual site conditions and support updates to construction documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment used on-site, tracking outstanding items, ang report any shortages
  • Collaborating with project managers to address issues, manage expectations and ensure smooth project transitions
  • Support project managers and field staff in preparing the final commissioning submission package
  • Assist in completing detailed reports and other documentation required for the project
  • Adhere to and carry out all safety requirement by client, as well as follow all of Plan Groups safety guidelines

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering or related field experience in electrical /IT/operational technology/construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel, Bluebeam
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization skills, time management skills
  • Comfortable working on active construction sites
