Job summary

EBC Inc. in North York is seeking a field coordinator for an important ICI project. You will read specifications, inspect workmanship, and coordinate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, P.Eng./ CET or equivalent, ICI project exposure, and strong communication. Great benefits and an inclusive work environment are offered.

  • Technical background with professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) or combination of training and related experience.
  • Experience in ICI projects.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret technical design drawings.
  • Scheduling experience and analysis skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Written and oral communications.
  • Problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Cost analysis, control, and reporting.
  • Contracts – Commercial knowledge.
  • Valid Government of Canada security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily reports as related to the crew, progress and issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts.
  • Organize and participate in various meetings;
  • Establish and keep necessary communications between suppliers, sub-contractors, professionals and client.
  • Assist in carrying out a variety of field duties at the job site related to project.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, EBC Inc. has included the expected salary range for this role, which is $60,000 - $105,000. Compensation within the range is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, localization, and internal equity. Base salary is one component of EBC's comprehensive total rewards offering, which may include performance-based incentives, extended health and wellness benefits, retirement savings programs, and career development opportunities.
