Job summary

Hawk's Agro in Saskatchewan is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our retail footprint across the province. You’ll partner with producers to understand operations, offer agronomic solutions, and help farms make informed decisions that drive success.

Collaborating with Agronomists, Location Managers, and Operations, you’ll build lasting customer relationships, identify new opportunities, deliver crop plans and proposals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in agricultural sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of crop production, seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales results.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a profitable customer portfolio within an assigned territory.
• Promote and sell seed, fertilizer, crop protection products, and agronomic solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Prepare crop plans, product recommendations, quotations, and sales proposals.
• Collaborate with Agronomists to deliver sound agronomic recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company systems.
