Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer visits and demonstrations with sales, articulating value of Kraken Sense solutions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure optimal device performance in diverse labs.
• Provide technical support and training to customers for reliable results.
