Job summary

In this role, you'll:

Champion Kraken Sense solutions: Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer visits and demonstrations. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our products to potential and existing clients.

Technical problem-solving extraordinaire: Collaborate with the science team to troubleshoot customer issues and ensure optimal performance of our devices in diverse laboratory environments.

Become a lab whisperer: Leverage your experience with microbiological testing and qPCR to provide technical support and training to customers. Ensure they can confidently utilize our platform and achieve accurate, reliable results.

Content creation for a scientific audience: Develop informative and engaging content (e.g., application notes, webinars) that showcases the capabilities of our technology and its impact on various research areas.

Stay sharp on the science: Actively follow advancements in microbiological testing and qPCR methodologies, ensuring your knowledge and expertise remain at the forefront.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

Masters or Ph.D. in Microbiology, Immunology, or a closely related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within a commercial or research environment.

Demonstrated expertise in microbiological testing methodologies, including aseptic technique and culturing techniques.

Strong understanding of qPCR principles and experience in operating qPCR instruments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
