We are hiring Field Adjusters for our Property Claims team in the Greater Vancouver Area.

What You’ll Do

1. Complete on-site and/or virtual inspections of personal and commercial claims.
2. Capture the scope of damages and quantify repair estimates to settle claims.
3. Reconcile and validate vendor estimates for accuracy.
4. Investigate by meeting with insureds, third parties, witnesses, and lawyers to gather facts.
5. Review facts, policies, technical reports, fire marshal reports, case law to determine coverage, claim value, and negotiate settlements.
6. Provide excellent customer service and keep parties informed of claim status.
7. Ensure data accuracy, issue payments, and manage related documentation.
8. Assist during CAT events across Canada.

What You’ll Bring

1. 2+ years of experience handling Personal Lines and Commercial lines claims.
2. Strong background in Property Insurance and Customer Service.
3. Ability to scope damages and prepare repair estimates (preferred).
4. Good PC skills and adaptability to new technology, Hover experience is an asset.
5. Valid driver’s license.
