Job summary

Beanfield is seeking an Implementation Lead to oversee selected OSP construction projects, ensuring standards, schedules, and budgets are met. You will manage contractors, plan budgets, and uphold health and safety across teams.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom design/construction, a high school diploma, and ability to read construction drawings. An engineering credential is a plus; Ontario G license is required. Be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in Engineering an asset.
• Minimum 5+ years in telecommunications design and construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret telecom terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to determine project scope and budgets.
• Conduct pre- and post-construction walks; identify deficiencies and resolve.
• Verify as-builts and upload into systems.
• Inspect construction daily for health, safety and quality compliance.
• Attend kick-off meetings for new projects.
• Schedule and manage work to ensure timely, cost-effective completions.
• Support contractors with Forced Relocations.
• Respond to cable cuts and outages with internal teams.
• Maintain project tickets in Jira and budgets in SAP.
• Carry out duties to support project execution and safety.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on construction sites.
