Wizy Marketing Agency in Toronto and the GTA is seeking energetic individuals to join our team this summer as Event Coordinators on a casual, part-time basis. You will represent our agency and our premium client brands at local festivals and experiential pop-up booths.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys festivals, meeting new people, and thriving in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of standing for long periods while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and extroverted with interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Able to stand on feet in busy events.
• Punctual and reliable team player.
• Prior customer service or event operations experience is a plus.
• Vietnamese language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with event visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support setup, operation and teardown of festival booths.
• Promote the agency's services and clients' products.
• Assist with on-site lead capture and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent company values.
• Maintain a clean, presentable booth area.
