Wizy Marketing Agency in Toronto and the GTA is seeking energetic individuals to join our team this summer as Event Coordinators on a casual, part-time basis. You will represent our agency and our premium client brands at local festivals and experiential pop-up booths.

Responsibilities

• Engage with event visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• 1 Guest Engagement — Engage with event visitors and customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• 2 Booth Operations — Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of festival booths and pop-up locations.
• 3 Brand Promotion — Actively promote and market Wizy's services and our clients' products/brands.
• 4 Lead Capture — Help drive on-site engagement, lead capture, and sales during events and festivals.
• 5 Customer Service — Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and represent our values.
• 6 Booth Management — Maintain a clean, organized, and highly presentable booth area.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident, and extroverted personality with great interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Vietnamese language skills are a strong asset (as we actively participate in Vietnamese-Canadian cultural events and festivals).
• Comfortable working on your feet in busy, high-energy event environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event operations is an asset.
