Job summary

Innotech Windows + Doors is seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to drive cross-border sales across the Pacific Northwest, British Columbia, and potentially Ontario. You will influence project decisions, convert opportunities into orders, and manage the full sales cycle from early engagement through quotation and contract award.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated consultative, value-based selling experience.
• Ability to influence project decisions and close profitable orders.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Strong written and spoken communication; proficient with technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pre-Construction and Construction teams to support strategic goals.
• Build rapport with architects, developers, general contractors, and consultants.
• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to quotation and contract award.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and gross-margin targets.
• Maintain qualified pipeline and accurate forecast for budgeting periods.
• Update CRM and share project requirements with internal teams.
