Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, account management, project sales, or a customer-facing consultative sales role.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, sales, or business preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM systems and business software.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, construction, building products, architecture, or related industries is considered an asset.
• A valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships and Grow Your Territory: Identify new business opportunities, establish trust with homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and contractors, grow long-term relationships, represent the Westeck brand, and maintain showroom presence.
• Consult, Advise, and Sell: Conduct discovery meetings, recommend solutions, deliver demonstrations, address questions with professionalism, and close sales opportunities.
• Manage Projects from Start to Finish: Guide customers through the lifecycle, review specs, coordinate with internal teams, and support warranty and service matters.
• Be a Product and Industry Expert: Develop product knowledge, stay updated on codes and trends, and educate customers to help achieve project goals.
