Job summary

Westeck-Windows-and-Doors is seeking a relationship-driven Project Consultant to join our Calgary, AB outside sales team. You will build relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers, advise on custom window and door solutions, and drive project sales from initial contact to completion.

In this role you will manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, and provide exceptional customer experiences while growing your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or account management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with high attention to detail.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel territory.
• Knowledge of windows, doors, construction, or related industries is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and grow territory through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Consult, advise, and sell by understanding customer goals and design aspirations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support quoting, order processing, scheduling, and project execution.
