Job summary

Leroy Feeds Ltd. is seeking a Feed Mill Operator in Canada to ensure safe, productive and efficient production activities. You will manage production, handling and storage of various feed products and perform duties such as receiving and shipping bulk materials, premixing and operating machinery.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and willingness to work shifts. Agriculture experience is desirable but not required, with additional shift premiums offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Computer literacy with standard software.
• Must be able to work shift work.
• Fireman's, 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering ticket is an asset but not required.
• Agriculture experience desirable but not required.
• Display initiative and commitment to completing assignments efficiently.
• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as a team.

The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for the safe, productive and efficient production operations of the facility. The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for the production, handling and storage of various feed products. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, receiving & shipping of Bulk Materials, premixing and operating machinery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid drivers license
• Familiar & comfortable with computers.
• Must be able to work shift work.
• Fireman's, 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering ticket is an asset but not required.
• Agriculture experience desirable, but not required
