More Than Just Feed Inc is seeking a Plant Production Operator to ensure timely manufacture of animal feed and ingredients. This role involves shift work, manual labor, and both indoor and outdoor settings. Prior feed mill experience is nice-to-have but not required; forklift and WHMIS assets are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurate manufacturing, packaging, and labeling of feed; monitoring of automated mill software.
• Adhere to production and delivery schedules.
• Inspection, sampling, and receiving of inbound bulk, bagged, and toted ingredients.
• Loadout of product onto outbound bulk/bag trucks.
• Weighing of inbound/outbound trucks.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as directed; assist in repair and maintenance projects as required.
• Proactively maintain facility cleanliness.

• Other duties as assigned
