Job summary

Petro-Canada in Quebec seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily on-site activities. You will analyze budgets to boost profits, plan operations, and recruit, supervise and train staff, ensuring excellent service and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a college or CEGEP diploma (1–2 years). Bilingual English/French; strong cost control and supplier negotiation skills; this role is on-site with no remote option.
