Job summary

Laura Canada in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our fashion-focused team. You will recruit, onboard and develop staff, drive sales, and create a welcoming shopping environment that reflects our brand.

You will coach performance, manage scheduling, collaborate with merchandising, and oversee daily operations from receiving to pricing and store presentation, ensuring exceptional customer service and financial results.
