Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with daily operations, including policies, loss prevention, cash handling, reporting, and scheduling.
• Maintain merchandising standards and a welcoming, consistent environment.
• Coach and develop the team through ongoing training and constructive feedback.
• Promote communication with the Store Manager to ensure alignment and timely priorities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure aligned priorities and swift action plan execution.
• Model a customer-first mindset by leading on the sales floor and addressing concerns.
