RW&CO in Canada is seeking a Team Lead to collaborate with the management team, drive sales goals, and coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment.

You will oversee daily operations, merchandising standards, and scheduling while supporting loss prevention and policy compliance. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership or supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
• Ability to motivate, support, and guide a team toward shared goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, including scheduling, cash management, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Passion for fashion with good sense of style and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficiency with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance by contributing to sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including policy compliance and scheduling.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation to provide a welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager for alignment and timely priorities.
• Collaborate with management to ensure effective execution of action plans.
• Lead on the sales floor to model a customer-first mindset and resolve issues.
